At Velasca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to maintain product integrity.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
